How can i recover my deleted video!

so today i was violently assaulted by a crazy woman that pulled a knife on me and my friend and i filmed the whole encounter but she stole my phone and deleted the video. I have a jailbroken iphone 5 with ios 8.4. This video is extremely important and im willing to try almost anything. Thanks
