why i don'y have a new news app on my iphone 5 after updating it to ios 9??

Is there any problem with installation or is the news app not shown on iphone 5 even if it is updated to ios 9????

The News app is only available to users whose region (Settings > General > Language & Region) is set to United States. It's suppose to be coming to UK and some other locations soon.
