Spanish/English texting problem

I can a friend who has an iPhone 5. She speaks both Spanish and English. Well the other day she changed her text language to Spanish. Then she changed it back to English. But when she texts some people, the predicted words are in English and when she texts other people, the predicted words are in Spanish. She wants all recipients to be predicted in English. Any suggestions?

In the Settings, make sure the region and Language is set accordingly. If they are, your friend *may* have to reset her iPhone.
