How can I get my iPhone 5 to turn on?

my iphone5 screen is like it is in sleep mode. it wont turn on.

my iphone5 screen is black but it is working internally(siri, phone calls everything is working) and restoring or any other solution present on the web is not useful. i belive it is a hardware problem. as it is out of warantee i want to fix it myself. so, please guide me. i don't want to spend much money on it.

If you've tried all the troubleshooting possible, I would take it to an authorised repair shop or to Apple. I would not try to do it myself or take it to a dodgy shop.
