Change call forwarding number

Need to change the call forwarding number. Unable to edit/delete the old number.

To edit a contact number you must first be in the contacts screen not the recent calls but in recent calls its a simple swipe left to delete the selected number

Use below codes on your phone dialer keypad. I have them saved in a note,since iOS has been retarded, when it comes to conditional forwarding vis-a-vis old Nokia phones.

•To forward all calls unconditionally:

to start, enter **21*number #
to stop, enter ##21#

To forward calls while you?re speaking to someone else( when busy)

to start, enter **67*number #
to stop, enter ##67#

To forward calls if you don?t answer the incoming caller within 30 seconds( when unavailable)

to start, enter **61*number #
to stop, enter ##61#

To forward calls if your cell phone is switched off or is out of reach

to start, enter **62*number #
to stop, enter ##62#

To cancel all preset conditions:
enter ##002#

Edit:You will have to press the call button to activate the codes.

It works on mine and has worked in the past.
Where are your calls getting forwarded to and under what conditions?

In the past had set alternate mobile no, now want to set voice mail box no for Airtel

Go to settings>phone> call forwarding and turn it on there and see. If that too doesn't work, check if Airtel has activated voicemail service.

Are all calls getting diverted? Whose number is that?
Alternate solutions:
1) Contact Airtel and see if they can help
or
2) Get hold of a Nokia handset and try doing it from there.
