Location warnings in iOS 7

Has anyone else disabled location services and gotten tired of a popup message every time you open an app? Is there anyway to stop the incessant warnings?

Unfortunately not. I expect that Apple does this because someone doesn't necessarily understand what location services are, or doesn't want it, and turns it off. The pestering is there to save the user from trying to find it, perhaps not knowing where to even start looking. Ease of experience trumps fine-grained control in Apple's book every time.
