millions of people are downloading at the same time. wait for 1-2 hrs then you will be able to download the update in very less time.

That's probably the reason I can't see the upgrade as being available right now. IPhone 4.

Yeah my iphone is downloading my ipad keeps going to error message and I have to keep restarting the download but I know Apple servers are in fire right now.

Did no back up

Everything restored

Working again as normal

Updating OTA or via iTunes? If iTunes, is it version 11.1? If no - update iTunes. If OTA - it may not be able to connect to the servers and tells you it's up to date...

I didn't even try to update yet. I just went to settings/general software update and it says I am up to date with 6.1.4? It doesn't even give me a choice to upgrade

I called the NSA and asked if I could borrow there priority and they told me to call snowden who told me Russians have first dibs so my last resort was to tap the update and it took two hours from home screen to home screen with only one hiccup. Apple did a great job with the OTA hats off to this wonderful company that I use to dislike so much

How much free space do you have on the phone? If less than 3GB... that's your problem. You'll need to use iTunes in that case.

Can't be the problem my girlfriends i4 with only 1.1G still shows the update and says it doesn't have enough space I'm working on it now

6.1.4 means your running an I5 have you backed up to icloud that might push your update?
