Microphone on + feedback from earpiece on homescreen

Hi,

I noticed that my iPhone would playback the audio picked up by the bottom microphone through the earpiece. I was at the home screen calling no one and all my apps were closed. I restarted and it fixed the issue. If it happens again should I have Apple take a look at it? And I was wondering if anyone else had this problem.

If you can replicate the issue at will - I would visit a Genius Bar with it... make it do it... and see what they say.
