I saw this yesterday while I was a Sams Club and as tempting as it was with upgrade ready to go, I won and waited so it will be the new one for sure when it hits my local Apple Store.

Walmart now has the iPhone 5 (16-GB model) for $98 with a 2-yr. contract or eligible upgrade.

Though a bit off topic, If you decide to pre-order the newer iPhone this year, Walmart and Sams BOTH had shipment delays last year and were not able to fill even half their orders on release day (my brother was one of the victims). I think Sams club (where he pre-ordered his) ended up getting their shipment about a week afterwards.
