Need help with photos iPhone 5/MacBook Pro

So I did a wipe/rest and then set my iPhone up as "new device" in an effort to correct a couple issues I had been having.

Now I am all signed in and everything is fine except for only 47 out of 303 photos from my photo stream are on my phone.

How can I get all the photo's from my photo stream (in iPhoto) 303 of them, to sync with my phone?

303 photos are a lot to sync so give it more time.

Been like this for 2 days though. Its weird, on my MacBook there are 303 photos in my photo stream but only 47 showing up on my phone...

I thought the photo stream had a 1000 photo and 30 day limit. So it's possible that the phone only took the most recent 30 days of photos.

I'd hear something along these lines too.

Can you copy the photos from your Photo Stream to your computer? Should be able to do that easy enough.
