Roku and iPhone 5 video quality

Hi - hope someone out there has a Roku and an iPhone 5.

There was an update to the Roku app yesterday that enables you to stream videos to the Roku. Tried it with my iPhone 4 - it works but the videos look like poo. How do the videos look coming from the iPhone 5?

BTW I have a Panny 42in 720p plasma.

I read one review where a person claimed that videos taken via his or her iPhone 5 wouldn't work at all with the Roku, and a video I watched that is allegedly associated with the Roku update depicted the speaker using either an iPhone 4 or 4S.

Out of curiosity I got the roku app on my iPhone 5 and tried it with my roku hd. A little pixelated. Not awful, but I'm not impressed either.

That is what I was afraid of....

I don't notice any pixelation when I look at it on the phone. Weird.
