does any one else have a problem with the home button?

It feels a lot harder to me, I always preferred the soft touch of the 4S.

I have the iPhone 5 and my son has the 4S. There is no difference between his home button and mine.

Yeah its instant. I just really liked the softer touch of the 4S.

It might loosen up. I never noticed a difference from what I recall but that was almost a year ago too.

Yeah. Same with the power button. Seems a bit clickier at first. Then goes away a little bit.

I've never owned a 4S, but my iPhone 5 home button does seem more "clicky" than my iPad 2 home button. It doesn't bother me though.
