Hi so I'm having trouble with my iphone 5 from verizon that just recently started.
A few days ago I picked up my phone and noticed it said "connecting" instead of showing any bars or service so I restarted it several times.
With no luck, I took it to my local Verizon store and they said it was a sim card error and installed a new card which temporarily fixed the problem.
However, when I got home I noticed the problem was back, and since Verizon isn't helping I may resort to going to Apple for help if nobody here can help me.
Now my phone won't even turn on when plugged in, and when it is plugged into the charger it reads "connect to itunes" which I have done, even rebooting/resinstalling the software
as itunes explained. However it still continues to say this, and I haven't had any luck on any other website. What is wrong with my iphone, anyone?
