iPhone 5 & moving to a new computer with iTunes etc

Hello,

I have recently started using a laptop which is new, I used my PC to put music on my iPhone. I basically want to know how I move my iTunes library over to this laptop, all my music I have is on a portable hard drive and not on the computers, so I can move that about with ease, I just added the music folder on my portable to iTunes and never had a problem.

Would be brilliant if it was possible to just use iTunes on the laptop and it not ask me to wipe my phone and synch with this laptop. I have downloded iTunes and installed on the laptop but haven't plugged my iPhone in yet, any help would be appreciated.
