Apple ID

I read a blog which recommended that our Apple ID should be exclusively used with only our Apple products for security reasons. Currently, I use my ID for several other purposes but will definitely change it if the recommendation is accurate. Thoughts?

It's a good idea to only use one password per account. You can use your Apple ID email address multiple places, but try and have a different password for each account.

It is also a good idea like j above said to use your Apple ID email for your Apple related info and not anywhere else just in case.

That's how I use mines. Apple related and job related use my me.com address. Everything else uses gmail. Especially since gmail does a better job with spam.
