Insurance most USA carriers

Just wanted to say that I have had insurance on my phone with AT&T through assurion. I haven't had to use it until last week. I dropped my phone pretty hard and the glass by the camera shattered. I even have the phone in a otter box defender. Anyway I made a claim and they sent me a brand new in the box iPhone 5 with all the accessories. Just thought that people would want to know that

It used to be $50. I'm not sure these days if that went up or not.
