MediaExport Cydia & iMessages

I installed the cydia app MediaExport (which is pretty cool btw), to my surprise, it loads A LOT of images... old, new, sent, received, etc...

Curious if theres a way to blow these away? Are they stored somewhere? I can SSH/iFile to and wipe em out. Not sure if they take up memory or what....
