Set iCloud backup to work on LTE?

Hi all.

My family member has an iPhone 5 (I do not have the iPhone here with me, atm.) She tells me that she keeps seeing this message:
"This iPhone hasn't been backed up in blah, blah, blah.... Backups happen when this iPhone is plugged in, locked, and connected to WiFi."

I take it this is an iCloud-related message. So, since her phone is always using LTE, is there any way to force iCloud to backup when connected to LTE?

(She has unlimited data & fast LTE ... no concerns about data use.)

If remember right go to settings>iCloud>storage and backup and there should be a button that says backup now

I don't think it will work, Apple has restrictions that make it only available on wifi.

Thanks ... that's what I used to 'shut the phone up' -- a manual backup.

Only if she jail breaks the phone. There's a mod to trick the
phone into thinking it's on wifi so that wifi-only related things on
