This is the second time this week that my phone shows a different time than what it really is. It's always like an hour off. It usually fixes itself randomly. Has anyone experienced this?

I have yet to experience anything like that. I'm sure you have, but just in case, have you confirmed your time zone and have it set to automatic in the phone's settings?

I haven't seen that either on any of my iDevices.

I've read that people who have experienced this turned off the "Set Automatically" feature and it stopped self adjusting the time...maybe try this?

Who's your carrier and what's you're carrier's software version? I had this problem on Verizon with 13.x. No problems since upgrading to 14.1. This was a known LTE problem on Verizon.
