Iphone 5 weird error

Guys I bought my Iphone 5 few weeks ago, and recently I'm getting this error, it come for no reason.

It's a flash SMS...it's like SPAM emails but on your iPhone, and isn't an issue people see here in the states really as it's illegal. My buddy has an iPhone and lives in Germany and he was getting them for a while and thought his phone was hacked but it was just spam texts.

I've just suddenly received 2 that are quite offensive from someone I assume thinks it's funny. Can I get these stopped or report in some way? I'm in UK. Thanks!
