Why doesn't my phone charge as fast as it use too?

My phone is plugged into the USB in the computer charging. And I'm trying to figure out why it doesn't charge as fast as it use too? It takes forever. It's been charging since the past 2 hours and is only at 47%

The USB Port may be developing issues.

For best results, use the Apple supplied charger if you're desiring a charge in a reasonable amount of time.

not to mention that a USB port only puts out like half the power that the wall adapter does for charging. its always going to be slower than the wall.
