What is the easiest way to change the volume? When I use the buttons on the side, it is only for the ringer. How can I change the volume for other apps?

With the same volume rocker. If your not getting any sound on other applications its because you have your phone muted.

Within an application, the volume rocker controls the actual phone volume...(make sure you have that button turned to "On" in settings to adjust both).

Keep in mind when using the side volume rocker, you won't be able to increase the app volume beyond what the volume rocker allows.
