I am new here and don't know if this is the appropriate section of the forum. So, apologies, if I am in the wrong place.

I have a line with AT&T, which is eligible for upgrade. I decided to order the iPhone 5 for my wife as a holiday present.

I will be ordering from Apple.com as there are no Apple Stores nearby. I was wondering if the iPhone box will come sealed in the plastic wrap even if it is an upgrade. I want it to be as it will be a gift.

Yes sealed with SIM card already installed in phone. Just feel off the plastic off box and turn on phone and activate.
