Just got iPhone 5, this appears randomly every so often

Anyone know why this is happening? I'm not dialing or messaging anyone it just pops randomly every so often. Need a way to stop it.

Have you done a hard restart yet? (hold down home button and power button for 10sec.)

Just done that, haven't had it appear yet, so hopefully that sorted. Thanks.

you think an app was trying to dial or send a message in the background?
