Re: Imessage issue
This has been an issue in iOS 6. It takes a while to recognize the other person
on iMessage. The good news is that it has no longer been an issue for me as
I haven't had this problem anymore on iOS 6.1 beta 1Formerly forever29

Re: Imessage issue
It's an iOS 6 issue. People have reported it on here, including myself.
It takes a while during the conversation for the phones to recognize
each other. It is an issue. Now that I'm on 6.1 beta, this issue is resolved
for me. If you claim you're on 6.1 and still have the issue, I don't know what
to tell you.Formerly forever29

Re: Imessage issue
Resetting network connections cures a lot of problems. I'd sure do that before doing a restore. I've had this problem intermittently like a lot of people. I've also heard that sometimes a poor signal will cause iMessage to turn off. PJ
