Buy iPhone5 from the US (unlocked)

Hi I live in Greece and I want to buy the iphone5 from us (it is cheaper in us rather than in Greece) but i have a few questions.
Do they sell iPhones supporting lte europe networks? Can they ship it to my country to an apple store? And where i will find a nano SIM card ( I didnt have the micro SIM from iphone4s)

hmmmm so how i will get it ? In greece you have to pay 976 euros and then for 12 months 100 euro a month which is super expensive it will cost aprox 2k euros-.- instead of 850 dollars any ideas how i can buy it from us?
