Default Deleted Things Still in Notification Center

I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed this. I'll get an email. I'll check it in the email app. Delete the email. And it'll still be in the notification center when you pull it down.

Has anyone else noticed this or now how to fix it?

It's annoying that I have to delete it from two places basically.

It seems the emails need to be open to be removed from the notification center..

I have only seen this with users running exchange service

I see this with all of my notifications. Tasks that I mark complete remain in the notification center until I clear or open each individual one even though they are complete. It is like this with every other app as well. Totally broken IMO

This is one of the things that I hate about Apple's implementation of the Notification Center, and a big reason why I always jailbreak and use Lockinfo whenever I can. Patiently waiting for an iOS 6 jb right now, but dealing with this behavior is a pain.

Yeah. It's a complete crapshoot as to what will stay in there or not. Definitely a poor job on Apple's part. If it has been opened, completed, or deleted then it needs to be out of the notification center.

Same thing happens with me. I'm sure a software update to fix a few bugs is in the works. Patients

Yeah, I'm assuming it will be fixed in time. I just wanted to make sure I wasn't insane.
