How is your iPhone 5 battery life?

The best touchscreen phone I've ever used. I find the only time I get close to running out before the end of the day is due to streaming videos or playing games. For the most part it could last me more than 24 hours regular use - texting, emailing, facebook, reading the news etc.

The battery life on mine seems to better now than it was before. I haven't made any changes so perhaps I am "playing" with it less!

if you charge the iphone to 100% it does not reset the stand by time nor the usage. so you can get like many days of stand by time

It?s depending on your phone usages; for e.g. how many apps you used at a time and also depend on its timing too as like you used it for hours, for few hours.

I think my iPhone's battery life has significantly deceased over the past month. To give an example, I unplugged my phone at 5:30 one morning. When I got up at like 10-11, I had lost 7% of it doing absolutely nothing. Any suggestions on what I can do besides taking it to Apple?

My battery life i get maybe 6 hours of usage a day before it gets to 10% and then i dont use it and it takes 3 hours and then it dies.

I'm running iOS 6.1.3 on my 4S. Battery life isn't bad. Try making some adjustments to the brightness.

I am only on my second day and 8 hours heavy use with ease! I find this device on par with the Q10 I have but much better than the S4.

That's crazy 2nd day with 8 hours. I do a little web browsing. Texting and emailing.
But between the emails and texting I'm done in 4-5 hours.

This thing is like Cialis for the iPhone

I merged your same topic thread with this one for further discussion....... That said, it appears that something isn't right with the battery life as you should be getting a lot more time than that. I think you should make an appointment with Apple and get it looked at.

You're welcome and yes, they will definitely see you as your iPhone 5 has a warranty of 1 year whether you have the added AC insurance or not. Just call to set up an appointment.
