Why is at&t LTE apparently so much faster than Verizon? More people on Verizon network (for now)?

Yeah you noticed there are no Vzn speed tests??? Lol. My Vzn LTE iPad can't compete with my Att speeds.

I've seen a few Verizon results but I dont recall anything over 20Mbps..... at&t I'm seeing constant 30Mbps or higher....
