When can I expect for my local apple store to restock?

During previous launches they would have almost daily shipments coming in. My local ATT store ran out of stock today, but they knew specifically which color/model combinations were coming in tomorrow and they took reservations for those specific units only so the stores seem to be getting daily refreshes and at least have some idea of what they have coming.
