Hey jessica_lynn. First off welcome to iMore and our forum
Well to start with my iPhone is jailbroken so you can not do any of this unless your daughters iphone is jailbroken also.
The iconset and wallpaper came from Delightfully Apple, and my weather widget from iPhonealicious and my weather icon came from Baddazzthemes !
