The icons on the bottom are called " dinik Anastasia " and to be honest I can't remember the name of the other b&w icons. But you can find both sets on iphantomthemes.net

Hope this make since: They are the Glasklart icons from the theme in Cydia. I'm not actually using the full Glasklart theme. I just extracted the Glasklart icons portion from the Glasklart theme itself, and keep them in winterboard, so that I can use them with other themes; tweebot and settings are themed as you see in my screenshot.

It makes a lot of sense! I just deleted a whole bunch of useless items from the glaskart theme. And about the tweetbot icon, I was using a different glaskart theme from cydia but now I have the right one!
