anyone else have to wait for the 5? if so, how long

My upgrade is Oct 12th. But I have to wait until cash flow permits the expenditure...

mine was may but i couldn't wait i just got the iphone 5 off contract it was only 499.00 i sold my iphone 4s to offset it so i will still have an upgrade coming in may just in case they surprise us and release another one lol dreaming..

My sister's line has an upgrade coming Oct. 21 and she doesn't even want to think about giving up her iPhone 4. I was planning on using that but if I have the money here in the next week or so I think I'll pay full retail. I wasn't going to get the iPhone 5 but the more I look at it, the more I have to have it.

I have to wait until Oct. 1st it's KILLING ME!!!!!! Thankfully I'm on Sprint which is the third biggest carrier so I "think" my local Best Buy should have them. I'm going to see if I can get a rebate thing or something on it. :-)

Can't wait! Hope there's some 32GB Blacks still around. I'd hate for them to sale out and it be 2-3+ weeks until they get more Iphone 5s in SURELY Apple wouldn't let THAT HAPPEN!

I upgraded the one line that was eligible with the pre-order. I have additional lines up for renewal in October, March, May and a year from February... so I'm set for the next phone...

Il have to wait until mid October until BestBuy starts allowing warranty replacements. My iPhones headphone jack and speaker haven't been working for a while and I figured I'd wait it out until the new iPhone releases.

I went to pre-order at the at&t store this morning and while I was paying I was told I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks to get the phone, "something Apple is doing" is what the employee told me. Sucks but I really dont want to wait on the line at the apple store.

current circumstances wont allow me to leave sprint. Ive had my upgrade stowed away for quite some time but its looking like im going to have to wait until jan 1 2013.

My wife and I both were ready to upgrade our phones. I am jumping from the 4 to the 5 and my wife is getting her first iPhone EVER! I knew she would cave in someday, just like she did with Facebook. I can't wait until next Friday. Had to order one from the Apple site and one from the AT&T site. Web traffic was bad last night but I got both ordered confirmed.
