Will the Apple Store be able to swap upgrades on launch day?

I am taking my sister's upgrade, so will they be able to swap her upgrade so I can get it on my line. She doesn't have a data plan, and I want to keep it that way, so can they do that? Or at least can they sell the iPhone 5 to me, and then I take it to ATT store to get it fixed up?

More than likely they won't do that at the Apple store. Probably could get away with that at the Verizon store given both of you are on the same account. I never try to swap upgrades. I usually just activate on the line that has the device and then switch afterwards. Just easier and it's really the same thing and will get you out of the store faster without getting dirty looks from the reps LOL.
