How do I upgrade my iPhone 4s from ios 7 to ios 9.0.2 without iTunes?

How upgrade iphone 4s from ios 7 to ios 9.0.2 without itunes

I want to upgrade my 4s iphone from ios v7 to ios v9.0.2 without itunes.
Because itunes has error during restore :

My error # is : 3194 and i followed upper link for bypass.
But that error is still there.
I've downloaded 9.0.2 firmware and it's on my hard disk.
Now how can i totally erase my phone and install new firmware?
I jailbreaked my phone in some years ago and i think that error is related to it.
Please introduce me tool for full flash or a way to install new firmware.

You can only update to the current shipping version of iOS which is 9.3.2

After that is it possible to downgrade it to earlier versions?
if yes, How & which version do you suggest for downgrade?
is there any jailbreak for 9.3.2?
