What means restore error (50) iPhone 4S

When I try to restore my phone I get this error. I can't turn completely on my phone beacouse for some reason it won't past Apple logo. Answer fastest you can, thanks in advance.

I believe Error 50 is caused by a timeout error when iTunes is trying to retrieve the backup file.

Some solutions say to try to move the backup file to a different location.

(Someone correct me if I'm wrong.)
