how to dial ussd codes in iphone?

I belong to Pakistan and using iPhone 4s i OS 9. In Pakistan we have to dial *111*1*03# like numbers to get information about credit or packages etc. but using iPhone whenever i try to dial this type of number ,it doesn't works. if somebody have any solution please..! tell me.
