iTunes Error (-1) how can i fix it

hello every one
i have 4S with destroyed ios 9
when i restore my ios to 8.4 iTunes telling me there is error -1
and am tired to update or restore ios 9 and 8 and i already checked hosts and cables any help here

iOS 8.4 isn't being signed by Apple. You'd have to find/try an ipsw of the 8.4.1 - which, as far as I know - is still being signed by Apple so you cna downgrade to it.

thanks for help, i tried to downgrade to 8.4.1 and 8.3.1 ipsw but no way :-/
