Have changed the battery on my iPhone 4s iOS 8.3, now everything is messed up. Can I get some help?

Have changed Battery IPhone 4s iOS 8.3

1. Phone keeps re-booting while charging when screen goes black.
2. Phone shows Battery charge % but does not show any reduction until a re-start has been completed, then it shows the reduced % Battery figure.
3. When talking sometimes the phone loses connection at about the same time as the screen time out period occurs.

It could be any of the following or something else.

1. The replacement battery is defective.
2. The replacement battery is not installed correctly.
3. You didn't put something back together correctly during the replacement.

Having said that, it may be time to make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose the problem for you.
