i cannot see incoming call number

if i received call from somebody, i am not able to view their number, its shown unknown. Even i am not able to call their number for the reason of no number

Some people chose to hide their number as a matter of personal choice, which is why your service provider is unable to ID the Caller.
This facility is provided by the cellphone company.
