Iphone 4s WIFI specific part

hello,

i have a problem with my iphone 4s wifi, i have to sit next to the wifi router to receive signal.

i noticed the logic board, it has a missing part that is indicated in the screenshot.

whats the name of that part? how can i fix it? is there any remedy to get my signal back?

does it have something to do with the wifi signal? (i guess so)

please help.
