iphone 4s orange

i hope you can help me i have iphone 4s and its on payg on orange and i want to have o2 on it .change carriers. i rang orange and they said i have to be with them first i even offererec to pay but thay will no buge.if i jailbreak it with the new ios 7 will that give me the o2 carrier ? or is that changed another way. need some help please and some pointers thanks.

What u need are the carrier settings for o2 and that had nothing to do with jailbreaking. U need an unlock not jb
