Help please with my battery

I had to change the screen because is broken and since then the battery of my phone is discharged in two hours. Anyone knows why that happens? Any help is welcome. I had to change the screen myself because i'm from Argentina and here there are no Apple Stores. But is the only problem that I found, everything works normally.

I did what you recommend, but there is no change and everything is right in your place inside the iDevice..

It's me again. Now what I get is that when I get to 50% of battery, it turn off the iPhone. When i try to turn on, tells me to plug.When I plug it in, turn on and still with 50% of battery I had before.

If you've retraced your steps and you're still having problems I don't know what to tell you. I know you mentioned that there was no Apple store in your area. How about another cell phone repair shop?
