Revert back

Hi new to the forum and fairly new to iphone having been given a 'hand -me-down' by my Granddaughter, so my question is do I install io7 and if I do and don't like it can you go back to using io6 ?
Would appreciate comments please.

Once you install iOS7, there's no going back.
