4s Usage & Standby Same

About 2 weeks ago battery started messing up and usage and standby have been close to the same all the time. Have set up as new restored deleted exchange and killed all running apps and nothing seems to work? Does anyone have any advice how to fix?

Also had issues once restored it will go into dock mode thinking it is plugged into a dock and no sound will play from phone until plug into dock then it corrects itself. Both issues started about the same time.

Since you've already tried restoring and setting it up as new and this didn't help, I would suggest giving Apple a call and getting it looked at.
