screen going black

has anyone notice there 4s screen going black . unable to see anything this happen to me as I was using Google maps . on the turnpike oh boy.
I couldn't even tell if I was still in the app. after I got off the I had to restart the phone and it was okay from there.

Sometimes an app will have a glitch when loading getting caught in a loop and can cause different problems. By restarting your phone whether you turned it off and back on or did a hard rest by holding down your home and power button at the same time until you saw the Apple logo has been known to cure a multitude of problems. Glad you got it cleared up.
