Best replacement for cracked back panel?

Hello all,

I recently cracked the back glass panel on my 4S and want to replace it (cant stand to look at the crack...). What are the best options to purchase a replacement back? there are several that i found with a very quick search of the internets. glass? or metal?

has anyone done this before? is it as easy as it seems to be?

BtheW - i know this will void my warranty, but the thing is already cracked...

It is very easy. I got mine from amazon just to change the look. It also comes with the screwdriver you need. Have fun.

I use CNN.cn for my phone products. Or you can take it to mall and let them charge you out the wazoo. I think apple will replace it for 29 bucks.

It's not bad to change. I replaced my panel because the camera lens was scratched and pictures were blurred. I bought one from eBay for $10 and it came with the screw driver. Remove the 2 screws on the bottom, slide back panel up then lift off. Replace opposite of taking it off. YouTube has videos as well.
