Speaker problem

My speaker is not workin perfectly it isn't as loud as it was yesterday and I am out of warranty as well so what do I need to do

I would advise you to still have Apple look at it. More likely it will not cost much if something needs to be taken apart and fixed....

At least get a price from them

Very sound advice from John or you can look up the Pod Drop which a local staffer owns and excellent in these kinds of repairs. Resonably priced as well.
