    Default Help with message setting on 4s

    Can anyone tell me if there is a way to set message alerts to automatically disable while I'm on a phone call?

    My wife was just on an important business call and her phone kept dinging because someone sent her a bunch of texts. I never even thought of that but I can see how it could be kind of annoying having your phone constantly dinging in her ear while on a call.

    if it matters she is using the 4s with 6.0.1

    Compromise at best but you can flip the silent switch when on a call. It'll still vibrate if you have that turned on.

    It won't if you turn off vibrate while on silent.
