    Default korea iphone4s using in us?

    My little brother just made a trip from korea and he brought an iphone 4s from there.(he found it from taxi while hes on the way to airport)
    I did try to find the owner but my brother restore everything in there
    Is there anyway i can find the owner,?
    If i cant is there anyway to use it in the state?

    If he's already restored it as new, there won't be any way to find the owner. It may be possible to use it in the US.
